Naturalization Interview through military but no decision.

I had my Naturalization interview this morning and everything went well and smoothly. Had a great chat with the officer and went over all the paperworks. However, I do not know why on N-652: "A decision cannot yet be made about your application" although I passed the test. On "Notification of processing delay - N400" stated "Other reasons for delay: Pending review and naturalization."  Since I filed my N400 in 2017 and I did go through some updates such as single to married, employer updates, name change as well. I wonder due to that and affected no decision cannot yet be made?

The officer asked me after the interview in the room that when do I want to naturalize, whether I want to wait for court date or schedule the earliest slot available to have me attend with military uniform. I remembered he did mention they need to update my profile. I am just worried if I did anything wrong that lead to no decision. If anyone has any experienced with this please share.
