Status updated to interview  was scheduled, totally did not expect  this especially for the Dallas local office. Awaiting the notice for the interview date which I suspect will be next month sometime. No word on EAD, but I'll take this LOL. 179 days as of today.

I suspect you will have EAD soon, and even if they push the interview out a little longer than normal, its more bearable now that you see the light at the end of the tunnel

RoC sent 10/30/21

NOA 11/16/21

Check Cashed 11/18/21

Biometrics Waived 01/19/2022

Perhaps yes, but with all the closures and cancellations, I'm not out of the woods yet!

Wondering if any of you can help with this... When I had my K1 medical in August 2019 there was no flu shot available as it was before flu season. Should I have received the shot during flu season in the US and had the Form I-693 updated by a civil surgeon for my greencard interview? Or will the DS-3025 from K1 medical work as is with flu shot coded F (not available)?

Thanks in advance!

I did my medical in May, no flu shot. Went for interview in January and they didn't say anything about me not having a flu shot

Okay thank you! That's a relief, just saw some similar cases on here and don't think I have to worry

Our interview for 3/31 has been canceled. Wonder if when they reschedule, and the new appointment is past the 1 year expiration of the medical exam my husband got during the K1 application, if he will have to retake the medical. I hope they will extend the validity of those medical exams due to the circumstances!

The year is from the time you took the medical till you sent the AoS, not till you have the interview
