letter says bring all document establishing your eligibility for lawful permanent resident status. Does this mean marriage certificate? Its confusing. 

It means your proof of a bonafide relationship/marriage your documents etc. You are adjusting from k1 correct?

We got our interview notice in the mail on Monday, great way to end the year. January 28th. 

 

Excited! :) 

 

We got a RFE and they did an exceptionally job of going from RFE to interview.

It’s marriage based I 485. Yes. We have been married more than 3 years so it would b non conditional green card. That’s the difference. Thank you the reply. Wish you good luck.

1/3/2020 - EAD card is being produced. interestingly the AP card's status didn't update, although it was my understanding that it is a combo card, not two separate cards

When EAD changes to Case was approved, AP will change as well.

I have read about cases where the AP status didn't change but the combo card arrived as expected.  Remember who we're dealing with here.  😉

Mine is the same. My EAD is being delivered to me today so I let you guys know if I got combo even there wasn't much of change in my AP status, only EAD

It can happen too. For me, EAD first changed to Card is being produced, and then the next day, both EAD and AP changed to Case was approved.

My combo EAD/AP arrived! Just my EAD status changed to "Card was picked by USPS" not AP's but its the combo card.

renters insurance

release of information forms for medical insurance

internet bill

medical insurance cards

about 60 pictures

 

thats what we are bringing. hope its enough.

i am not opening up a bank account with some shady people like wells fargo just for this, that would be too fake. she cant get added to my credit union until she gets a TX ID, and well, you know the story on that.

I would not use WF either, I was able to add my wife to my B of A account with her SSN under her  maiden name for now but she is on the account. WF heavens no after what they did!
