So happy for everyone!  So discouraged for us and our case. :(  Nothing yet.

Us too, but the thing to look at is the date of the Biometrics.

Your date a three weeks before ours (10/31).

But I have noticed that it's possible nothing changes until they tell you the EAD is approved and it's in the mail.

You should be approved any day now and remember that Christmas and New Years do slow things up, so I think you are still in the right time frame for at least another week.

I'm sure it's a easy fix, don't worry!

Hoping so! I think I’m just happy that there’s movement, I almost thought they had lost my case 😅

What do you think your RFE could be for? Most are for taxes or birth certificates.

To be honest, I’m not sure. My husband is I’m the military, so I figured it can’t have to do with a co-sponsor (I may be wrong though), and I sent in a copy of my unabridged birth certificate, so I’ll just wait and keep you up to date! ☺️

Yeah don't stress to much I'm sure it's simple.

After not having any updates since October 2nd which were my biometrics, I just got a notification of a RFE today :(. Its so weird because many RFE’s come like a month after biometrics but anyway I just hope Its an easy fix & they just lost something. Ill see what my attorney says too.

Just received my EAD card today after my status changed to "New Card is Being Produced" on 12/23!

However I received only EAD card not a combo card since USCIS messed up my AP when I filed it so I had to resubmit the application a month later 😑

I'm guessing they are gonna send my AP separately in a month or so.

Anyways I'm happy to be able to start driving and working finally! Hope everyone here will hear the good news soon!

Greetings !  I am happy for all of you who got their EAD or good updates on their cases. I sent my application on September 13th and  Finger Prints on October 16th. After that my status on USCIS.com changed couple times. My latest Status is:" Case  Was Uptaded to Show Fingerprints Were Taken"  Is anybody got that update lately ? Thank you and happy new year.

I  also had my fingerprints on Oct 16, and have not received any updates yet. I also got the "Case was updated to Shoe Fingerprints Were Taken". I think that was just another way of them saying that your fingerprints were applied to the case. I am thinking about calling them tomorrow just to see if my case has been transferred to an officer yet.

Thank you!  Unfortunately, we will be getting a RFE, don't know why.  So, now the wait begins and anxiety attacks. :(  The RFE was for the GC.  I wonder what it is.

2020 not to a great start.  We got RFE for GC. :(

After a long time of having no movement, got the dreaded RFE notification today. Will be patiently (not so patient) waiting for the letter to arrive. Hoping it’s an easy fix!

That makes two of us.  About to cry at work, not fun.
