Is anyone else have difficulty checking their case status on the USCIS website? I've tried getting to the page multiple ways and it just won't load.

Yes, for me it has been hanging for at least the last 1-2 hours.

It's under a planned maintenance, I got a notification to my phone about it. Can't remember the time length it said it would be down for, but it wasn't too long! Should be back by the end of today/tomorrow morning

How'd you pull this off?  I never got such notification but I am not surprised about this.

 

Planned maintenance during the day???  Sure couldn't pull that off in the private industry.

I’m not entirely sure to be honest, just came through the app tracker, just had another update saying now there’s an unplanned one, I’ll attach the photo 😃

After I read this, I downloaded the app and checked my cases: I-765 (EAD) says "New Card is Being Produced" so that was a surprise. 

 

But I checked it on the website and it says the same thing so I guess that's that. 

 

By the way, EAD being produced now!!! Yay!!! That was hella quick! We only sent them in (AOS, AP and EAD) on Sept 6th.

 

I wonder when will I get the actual card?

I feel so worry tho.. i’m august 2019 filler for aos and EAD.. get NOA1 on august and biometric on september 18th, get RFE for my form i-485 and already response on october since then my status for aos is “respond for RFE has been received” and for my EAD is “fingerprint review has been completed”.

Until now i haven’t heard again. Is that normal? So frustrating coz i can’t do much now 😭
