Hi Eva:

When did you first get notification of this?  Did you see an update to your online case status or did you first find out by way of an interview letter in the mail (i.e. snail mail)?  Just curious.

I get my updates from this website: https://egov.uscis.gov

From K1 to this point it has been accurate. I saw the status change last Monday and yesterday got the letter in the mail.

Interview was scheduled as of Dec 2.

Saw the update today on the case status page, didn't get a text msg saying status updated yet. Waiting for mail with the date.

September interviews are starting to pick up a little.  Maybe some of that August momentum is rubbing off.

Great news and congrats.

Sanja/Alex,

I see that we also have been scheduled an interview date. Also in Kendall. I was just telling some friends yesterday, that it would seem that we will be getting an interview sometime in January, based on the timelines represented here. We will see if that holds true. Also, I am eager to find out if the GC and EAD will be shipped out back to back as I have heard of instances where they were received like a few days or a weeks time apart.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to everyone out there!

Looks like I am on the wrong side of Florida. My office is now 10-23.5 months out. Congrats you two!

Oh Kendall processing time has been 12-27 months according to data on uscis website. This is a big of a surprise, definitely wasn't expecting this. Thank you, hope you get your interview soon, fingers crossed.

Thank you.

I think a job offer is enough with a cover letter.

In my case, I called them first to request expedition under financial loss to the company, so after a few necessary questions, the rep asked for specific info I'd like to add to my reasons for expedition. Then a few days, I got a mail asking for faxing my documents. I faxed a cover letter, the mail, contract and upon the recruiter's permission, I also included a couple of emails stating they need me to work for the company as soon as possible.

Good luck to you!
