Our status was updated to reflect receipt of the RFE response.  Hoping the next update is the EAD/AP in January... maybe optimistic on the timing but based on the recent August approvals hopefully not crazy!

What was the RFE about? What was your priority day? you got RFE before biometrics?

No, I got the RFE after the bio appt. My RFE said two things actually one was that my husband's income was too low and another was that there were one or more deficiencies on our form. After further examining our affidavit of support form we realized that we put our household size for 3 instead of 2. There was also another part we made a mistake on. When you get an RFE for your affidavit of support they will automatically express the income does not meet the poverty guidelines even if it does. Our RFE was actually a simple fix in the end.

Well I'm glad of the simple fix.
