Are you suggesting the USCIS sends all RFEs out the same day each week?  As in always on a Thursday so they go out in 'batch' mode that day each week?

Does anyone have any evidence (anecdotal or otherwise) for this kind of thing?  When our I-129f approvals were sent to the NVC, that agency would send the physical packages every other week (I forget which day) to the corresponding embassies.  Maybe a similar thing here as well?

Has anyone been able to nail down a pattern with the USCIS and AOS applications?  I am not doubting anything.  I'm just seeking any information others may have on this particular topic.

I have no data available or further information. It was based on few post i read here which suggests few RFIE was send out october and they were responded and some update i was seen during this week. so Just my assumption. n my hope that next step will be case ready for interview, again assumption and hope.  :)

Hey all! Hope everyone is doing well.

Soo, today I got the dreaded RFE notification. How long did it take for you guys to receive your letter in the mail?

I'm irritated, but it's kind of a relief to know they are actually working on my case. I have my biometrics Nov 1. So, it took two weeks to get to a new status update. (LOL, this is the only way for me to feel positive about the situation)

Do you have any idea  what your RFE could be about? Hopefully it will be  quick fix.

I have no clue. They also said they can't give me the information when I asked. I have to wait for the hardcopy. I guess I'll have to wait and see.

I understand hopefully it is something small and easy to fix. Did you keep  a copy of your application to go over it? But then again no use beating yourself up about it, an RFE is not always a bad thing.  Keep us posted. Maybe if you call again and get a different  person they will tell you the reason, if you don't want to wait.

yeah, they were asking for evidence that my husband is a US citizen but he is not..i sent back on the 13th and I have also received update that they have received my RFE...My husband is a green card holder and i am on F1 visa which i have maintained till date,we filed based on the fact that the priority date for my category is current but USCIS was asking for evidence that my husband is a Citizen.I responded with a letter stating that the petition was through a legal permanent resident which was duly stated on both i-130 and i-485 and also submitted my i-20 to prove that i have maintained my status till date, sent copies of i-103 and i-485 to prove were we selected Legal permanent resident, sent copies of his green card and foreign birth certificate.

Hello, did the system update after you did your biometrics before you receive your RFE update?

That's  also fast too. Very good gives you time to answer right back quickly.

Yes it did. I got an update a week after my biometrics that they reviewed my fingerprints. Then today the update changed.
