I would think that your husband need to include his 2 children from first marriage in the household size count. So looking at the website, it looks like your husband needs $32,187 for a family of 4.

Hope this helps.

Thank you so much, I was just confused if he needs to put them or not because our lawyer did not mention them on athe affidavit of support filed with i29f.

That is the National  Benefits Center in MO, they make sure your packet is complete before interview and that everything is in order. Your I-485 will be sent on to your interview location for adjudication there. Look up NBC center and it will tell you what they do in more details.

Am going to file AOS early next month, just here to read and learn.

I would  file BEFORE October 14th, if I were you. To beat the deadline of the new forms that will be used on the 15th.  Cases must be postmarked  by October 14th to beat the deadline. Just saying!!!!

i am hoping it works to our advantage in that they may want to finish more of the backlog before getting mired in the new policies which to me seems like it could create an even worse backlog.

i have zero faith in anything concerning them though with how things are right now

RoC sent 10/30/21

NOA 11/16/21

Check Cashed 11/18/21

Biometrics Waived 01/19/2022

UPDATE:

- Check cashed on September 24. No NOA1 yet, though. Seems it took 13 business days or 19 days including weekends for them to get around to cashing the check.

Receipts arriving in the mail today per USPS informed delivery.
