AAhhh ok it'll be coming in a few days to a week. It's  about time!

It is! Just want to get it over with and move on to the next thing!  Praying we get approved.  Question, with the COVID, I know is hard to have "extra people", but we were thinking of bringing a translator.  Thoughts?  We are at the Orlando office, which when we were there for biometrics most of them spoke Spanish.

Some offices use a translator by phone. They dial a certain  number depending on the language and they do it via the phone. Not all offices have this feature and many people have said it sucked. During this Covad I'm not sure if they would allow a translator or not. I'm sure they would want to see how well you communicate too. Your interview letter may address this so wait for that.

So I believe you're in the wrong part of the forum. That happens a lot.

This part of the forum is only for K1 AOS. ALL K1 AOS go to Chicago, they all receive MSC case numbers. Fe. Ta is adjusting from K1, therefore that's the only possible way for him. There's no way his case number is gonna be different than MSC.

That's why I can say that his package was delivered to the right location.

Yes like @Ayrton I delivered both mine to the chicago lock box in the same envelope and got an NOA for them both days apart.

Glad you guys got your interview @Fe.Ta, keep us posted on how it goes.

That’s what I figured, that COVID would restrict being able to bring someone. We have no problem communicating (I am a native Spanish speaker like my husband). But, my husband doesn’t speak English well enough to understand the questions and convey the answers properly in this type of scenario. Thus, my awareness of needing a translator because I read that I can’t be the one to translate.  I am sure the office has people that can act as translators because most of the office spoke Spanish when we went there. But, I might still call to make sure.

Will do! No idea what happened with the AP, though. Haha

Awesome!! Does it say what’s the estimate delivery?

I stalked my USCIS/USPS account all day (obsessed much? Lol) and I saw the update on informed delivery too.

For me the delivery is estimated for Monday but my two EADs I have received the next day...

We are sharing this here so you have more details on our case and tips - in case this can be helpful. Since we had not received AP renewal NOA1, and it had been over a week that we received renewal EAD NOA1, we tried messing with the case numbers to find out if a notice was on its way for AP. After several attempts of adding or removing a number from the EAD receipt number and trying to use the same access code, we failed in finding any AP case that was ours. Thus, we decided to contact USCIS. We sent several messages through the new inbox feature on the USCIS website. Also, we submitted a case inquiry for the AOS and the EAD/AP situation on 11/11/2020 and 11/12/2020. Whether it was the renewals, the several messages, or the inquiries, we got the interview notification on 11/12/2020 for AOS. We had been on "ready for interview" since February 2020. Orlando field office is between 10 and 27.5 months as of today (11/13/2020) and our case was at 14 months since submission. So, all that to say, if it has been more than 90 days without a movement on your case, especially AOS, even if the processing times in your office are long, submit a case inquiry to see if it will generate something.
