The access code is the same for both. When I added to my account, it automatically added both EAD and AP to the list.

Nope.  That didn't work.  Tried it with one number above and one below and nothing.  Now, I am officially scared.

Were you able to track your application? My I-131 was delivered last Saturday. Waiting for the receipt letter... My lawyer told me they should send it 1-2 weeks when it’s marked delivered.

I'm gonna say it's been returned to you. If you make a copy of it, take a look at all the boxes you ticked, if you signed it.

In the meantime, download it again, fill it out and leave it ready to resubmit when/if you receive the package back.

They were in the same packet and delivered together on 10/14/2020.

I have an exact copy and I don’t see why they would have returned it to us. Everything was signed and I was very thorough in reviewing and re-reviewing. This is so annoying. I am beginning to think they clamped it up as if everything was EAD. “If I receive it”. If I don’t, then God only knows what we need to do because I can’t even get through USCIS. Sending another one blindly would be another mess on its own.

I should have known better not to send it in the same packet.

I sent in the same envelope. Each form was paper clipped with their evidence.

Same thing that I did. No idea why I wouldn’t get NOA for AP. Other than USCIS ineptitude.

You do know that they go to different addresses for renewal, right? The AP goes to Texas and the EAD goes to Chicago.

No they don't. They both go to Chicago because that's where the original 485 was sent to.

Yes they do. Please do your research. I have a lawyer that arranges my application. It’s even on the USCIS website and other forums. Check August and October 2019 filers for reference too.

I did my research. It's on the USCIS website. You should fire your lawyer. Check the screenshot.

@yesplease2020 and @Ayrton If this is true, could it be that it was forwarded to the "right" place and then eventually I could get the NOA, it will just take longer?

Receiving a notice doesn't mean it's gonna be approved. The Instructions are clear. They both go to Chicago.

The right lockbox is Chicago.
