Hi friends.  Wanted to pass on an update that we had our interview this morning in NYC and received the approval shortly thereafter.

Our officer was great.  Friendly, professional and extremely thorough.

@Fe.TaI really hope you get some progress soon.

For those who had their case approved recently (GC), how long did it take to go from “case approved” to “card was mailed to me”?

For my EAD the status was updated daily (card produced/case approved/card was mailed). Now for GC it’s been on “case approved” for a few days

Is your vaccination sheet completed? If yes, you don't need a new one.

Sent a message to USCIS regarding AP renewal, since it has been a week after we got notice on EAD and they were in the same packet - clearly marked.  Also, sent an inquiry on AOS.  Let's see what happens.

Did you include a second NOA 1 from AOS for the AP form?

Try searching your EAD number adding or subtracting 1 to the last number. They all use consecutive numbers.

Yes, I duplicated everything on both, so essentially they both had copies of passport, visa, etc. on their own.  They were separated by big sticky notes that marked one was EAD and the other AP.

I did try doing that.  But, I won't know for sure if it belongs to us because when I try to register it online, it wants the access code you get on NOA1.  So, it's just weird and disappointing.

The access code is the same for both. When I added to my account, it automatically added both EAD and AP to the list.
