You should receive one for AP too...

Bummer....since we didn't, should we call them this week?  11/14/2020 would mark the 30 days.

They can arrive in different days. My text messages and emails also had a delay between them.

Got it!  Thank you for letting us know.  How much was your delay?

Mine was a few business days of a difference.  And my AP and EAD showed they where processed a day apart.  It was similar with my original application and got the combo card no problem

That’s discouraging. We got the EAD stuff 11/4 (text) and 11/7 (letter). Yet, nothing on the AP, that’s more days than you. Now IDK if we should be worried about the AP.

Did you already get the renewal approval for your EAD/AP? If so, how long did it take? Thanks!

No I have not received a new card/approval as yet.  I got the noa1 confirming they had received my application and it was being processed as of the 4th of August.  My current one doesn't expire until February of next year so I'm not concerned at the moment, and why worry it's not as though it's within my control, just gotta roll with the punches 🥊🤪

@Fe.Ta don't worry just chill, it will come, and will most likely be a receipt number one digit up from your ead's 🤣🤣🤣

Same here...Sacramento is very slow now that SF and San Jose unloaded cases on to Sacramento. Oh well, maybe it'll take two years and we'll get the 10 year! :)

Is it possible to get a 10 years green card without first holding a 2 years green card?

If you have been married over two years by the time AOS interview happens, yes, it is possible.

Any tips on how to prepare for interview would be appreciated.

They should send you a letter with what they will need. Otherwise, expect normal personal questions either from the forms you have submitted or things like each other’s birthdays, parents’ names, how you met, relationship, wedding, etc.

My husband's AOS interview was scheduled on October 5th to take place on November 16th, next Monday! We are very excited! However we recently moved out of NYC a few months ago and even though we changed our address immediately they still scheduled and mailed the notice to our old address (got it due to mail forwarding service). We hope there are no problems at the NYC field office on interview day. Prayers and well wished welcomed! :-)
