Congratulations....

Did your status on the I-485 change yet?

I was told to expect "something" in the mail in 3 weeks after my interview but the I-485 status is still "Interview scheduled"...

Thank you..

The status on the App “Case Tracker” still showing “Interview was scheduled “. So, I think is because the update is the new system.
Try to check your status on the link below, maybe You already have some updates.

My new status is “The Card was mailed “, but just changed yesterday.

Congratulations for You too.

You’re welcome! Yes, we did file already. In our case we were planning to do it within two weeks after the 180-day mark. However, we got delayed and mailed it 4.5 months (around 140 days) away from the expiration date. Most people have gotten their renewals within 2 months and/or gotten a letter for AOS interview after submission of renewal.

Great. Our 180-day mark starts on Nov 1. We will file my renewal by then. Hoping we get it within 2 months if we get lucky. The AOS interview schedule would be amazing as well. I haven't seen any Texas filers being active here... or anyone from LA getting there interviews just yet.

Anybody still waiting for the AOS or EAD/AP renewal?

I am still waiting (filed for AOS in September 2019, then was scheduled in March but canceled due to covid and still waiting)

Also I applied for EAD/AP renewal in late July and still waiting for that as well...

Nothing seems to be moving forward for me.. not sure if there's anything I can do..

Did you at least get the NOA1 (notice of receipt) for the EAD/AP renewal?

Hello!

It has been a week since our packet for EAD/AP renewal was delivered.  I believe it can take up to 30 days to get a notification (text/e-mail/letter/status change).  If we don't receive anything by the 30-day mark, can we submit a inquiry then?

You can do.  I sent in my renewal on 07/20/20 and it was 2 and a half weeks before I got a reply in the mail, but that paperwork was dated from 08/05/20, postal service seemed to be the hold up more than uscis in this instance 😆

Ha!  Of course!  Thank you for your response.  Have you gotten the AOS interview yet?

I am probably reading too much into this, but 2020 has been such a mess.  At any rate, in the EAD renewal form we said his current status is still K1, even though we are married and the visa is expired, since we are still waiting on AOS interview and approval.  However, we did note C9 on the following category.  Could this be grounds for rejection or RFE?

Nope nothing since I got the notification back in Feb that they are ready to schedule my application for AOS for an interview.

However these are the lastest update on my EAD and advance parole renew requests

Finally interview scheduled for Nov 18th! Chicago office. Anyone have tips on how to prepare, what worked for you and what didn't? How did you all organize your documents? Thanks in advance.

Two weeks since renewal was received by the office, still no notice.  Sigh...

Hey guys. Our interview for AOS is coming up soon. I redid my medical (i693) just to avoid any more delays.

I am just a little worried. I do not remember if I declared other medical condition (which I have its PCOS) I have back in the Philippines when I had the K1 medical but I did so in the new medical (i693) would that be a problem? The civil surgeon did note on the i693 that my  PCOS is well managed.
