I’m not sure but it says c14 or c13 but please confirm from someone else

Ah, yes.  Totally not applicable.  I just went through the instructions and since we are (c)(9), this does not apply to us. WHEW!  Thanks!

Since we do have the original AP/EAD, do we need to say "YES" on this one or this this talking about another document for refugees only and not applicable to AOS (K1)?

Answer is no. AP and reentry permit are two different things.

Hey guys just received my EAD that I renewed 2 months ago, i am a little puzzled about the valididy date. My first EAD card expires December 19  2020. I expected that the validity of the renewed EAD card starts after the first one expires. My new card's validity instead is 09/01/2020 (date it was approved) - 08/31/2021. Is this correct? I assume it would be something like December 19 2020 - Dec 19 2021?

You are the second person to have said this on this thread.  @Q2018 had the same experience just recently.  So this appears to be the case, but hey at least you have it for another year from now and hopefully will have your AOS interview before it expires and will avoid the new EAD/AP fees being introduced 🤪

Everybody who had applied for AOS before October still won't have to pay renewal fees ( just in case somebody is reading here from other months 😊)

I'm thinking the EADs run from the date of approval to a date a year later.

my name is not in the electricity or internet bill because we overlooked it.

Also do we have to make a new affidavit of support and add my son to the defendants? Do I need to go with my employment letter and pay slips too?

Thank you!

When are you scheduled for an interview? What state do you live in? Thanks

Congrats, mine was scheduled this month too. I’m in the process of gathering the supporting documents while I wait for the interview date.
