Thanks.  We’ll see.  Medical expires in September, so who knows.  We may need to do it all over again for a third time, which is ridiculous and expensive.

I'm still waiting as well. And probably won't have an interview anytime soon, since I'm in NYC.

Such a bummer.  They really should be considering more waivers and push through that huge backlog.  Now, with the furloughs and lack of funds, God only knows how long it is going to take if they keep pushing for every case to get interviews.  We are in Florida, so we also don’t know how long it will take.

@Sarge2155 We are thinking all possible scenarios here.  If we get the interview notice past the medical expiration, we would need to get one before the interview, correct?  Or if we get the notice, it means they are allowing it with the expired medical?

Your medical is good as long as you filed for AOS within one 1 year from the day you did the medical.

Still waiting as well for a reschedule in CA. I had forgotten about the medical exam expiration. Ours is expired now too. I wonder if they'll allow it.

Medical doesn't expire as long as you filed for AOS within one year.

I'm thinking as long as you filed BEFORE your medical expired which is a year that you are good regardless. I think that's how it works. As long as you filed your AOS BEFORE your medical expired you are good. They can see the date you filed and the date of your medical.

That's correct so worry not about an expired medical.

I'll just say that Rollcall.com is not a US government web site, and this story has not appeared elsewhere.

Thanks. I saw it in a couple of other places. So, I am just going to wait and see.

Yeah that's the best thing to do wait and see, but it is disheartening.

Its been 7 months since filing for GC,nothing yet.. getting annoyed.. anyone getting interviews these days?
(medical expired)

We are still waiting on ours. Got AP and EAD back in February. Also, we got “ready to be scheduled for interview” since February but no word.  There is hearsay about GC processing being on hold for a while and being resumed (or possibly not? Or never were on hold?).
