Congratulations to everyone that recently got their green cards! 🙏🏼

I recently filed for an emergency advance parole. Still tracking my application which is going to be delivered tomorrow. Praying they will grant my expedite request because I need to go home by December!

Two weeks after interview just received an email and text notification that my green card is being produced!!! I’m so happy and relieved that I cried at my desk at work lol

My I130 still shows “Case was received”, is this normal?

Hello everybody I hope you all are good.
do I have to bring photos to my AOS interview?

I don't think it is necessary.  But, a lot of people that do have photos bring them to help their case.

I would say definitely bring it. Better to have way too much evidence than being asked something and not being able to provide it.

I brought a huge binder full of pictures throughout our 4 year relationship, the officer asked to see it and was happy with the evidence I provided.

Yesterday (11/07/2020) we got the NOA1 receipt notice for the EAD renewal.  The letter from NBC confirming they have the same case and are processing it.  Then, a third letter from USCIS acknowledging that we do not need a second biometrics and they will be using the one taken last year.  Now, all of these are all with the same receipt number IOE and mention 765-EAD.  Do you know if they are still processing AP but just acknowledged only one (EAD) because they are the combo card?  We submitted everything in the same mailed envelope but clearly separated EAD from AP.  Thoughts?
