Actually my wife already has her GC in  hand, we got the so called interview wavier back in April. But now we are having the interview. I know strange but it's  happening to another couple also from the Dallas office. I recommend you drive the route before hand to get your bearings.

Oh yes I remember reading about that when it happened! That's great she already has her GC but interesting they are still requiring an interview. Good to know, we'll probably go a night early to be nearby and not worry about driving the day of.

Yesterday I received the 2 NOA letters for EAD and AP renewal. People say that case numbers starting with IOE are processed faster. Let's see what happens.

What do you mean by processed faster? I thought getting the NOA for renewal is sufficient for the automatic 180 days extension?

The new EAD/AP would be processed faster, not the usual 4/6 months that it usually takes.

I wasn't talking about the extension.

Just to let you know the interview was an error on USCIS's part we went to the interview but did not have one as we were already approved. You can read more about the wasted trip here if you care too:

Someone got an approval yesterday. I was tracking mine and this showed. Makes me hopeful that we’ll be getting ours soon.

Any TSC filers here?

No way!! That is all just so crazy. I just read through your whole experience, I'm sorry it's been so stressful for you guys and you had to take the whole day for nothing. Fingers crossed you can relax for a while now!!

Yeah, I am hoping that is the case, but with my luck and my record with USCIS and immigrations I highly doubt it. I just need to rest up before the next phase!!!!!

I am. I just checked the processing times on the USCIS website and they updated it to 11-35 months, when it was 7-12 months before!

Actually the Washington office is closed still ☹️

I just received the EAD/AP renewal NOA (i filed for renewal around 2weeks ago). I also got the IOE receipt # and apparently I am not able to check the case status (it says I need to have some online access number). @Ayrton have you been able to check your case status (based on those 2 case numbers?)

Other than that - still no progress with the green card. Still pending ("Ready to be scheduled")...

If you use the old website, you can check right away.

To check on the new website, you need the online access number that you will also receive in the mail.
