It says to contact National Visa Center and the US Embassy.  Taking the Consulates advise would be your best move.  See if you can find a number for the National Visa Center or Embassy. Otherwise, stay on top of the email and follow up emails. Good luck & God Bless.

Hi, thanks so much for commenting and your well wishes.  An email sent to the US embassy in Lagos Nigeria (only form of communication for now), no response...over 7 days now. I didn't update my post but after not hearing from Lagos I sent another email back to the initial consulate office in North Cyprus. See below:

Thank you so much for responding and confirming. Will the packet at your office be returned to NVC so they can forward to the consulate/embassy in Lagos or do we need to request a transfer. Please advise if you can.

CONSULAR RESPONSE:

Dear Ms. XXXX

Thank you for your e-mail. According to our file your case has been revoked. If you wish, you may file a new I-129F petition.

Kind Regards,

U.S. Embassy, Nicosia

So, the response is a bit different the second time, so there's that.

Thanks, since I contacted an immigration lawyer first for consultation, I haven't contacted NVC but I will do this to see if something different is recommended. I suspect not, because the initial fiance visa I-129F that our first k1 visa was approved on  is now expired (expired in July)

The petition does not necessary expire with the date listed on the NOA2 .. it can be extended by the embassy for up to 1 year.   You should contact the embassy.

Hi, thank you for this information. I have contacted NVC who advised to contact the original consulate office (Nicosia Cyprus) to request this extension. The NVC rep asked if I knew if the file was still at the original consulate or sent to my fiance's home consulate office. I explained that unfortunately I was not 100% sure because when I sent an earlier email to that same consulate asking if they would be forwarding the file to the Lagos consulate I received a response instructing us that we would need to complete the I-129F petition...so I guess that was a "no". I prepared an email respectfully asking the Cyprus consulate to consider an extension on our I-129F petition...fingers crossed

I am very sorry this happened to you...but on a positive note, you were approved once and you will be approved again...I will advice against I-130 if you guys wont to be together soonest....As many have already said, just do another petition and dont forget to let them know this is the second petition for the same person and the first was approved....Just abit of had i known..

1.Knowing his stay in Cyprus was over,he should have left immediately

2. He should have done his very best including self deporting to stop Cyprus police from corresponding with the US embassy.

well lesson learnt.
