Has anyone who filed in September received their NOA2 yet? Also, someone suggested to me that I call them and ask for an update other than the "in process" one in the account. Does anyone have experience with this?

Thanks in advance :)

Don’t call them unnecessarily they might make mistake on your application just live them it will get to your turn ? What center are you?

Hello! Does anyone know what the date means under Case Status when you go into your USCIS account. Mine says November 25, 2019, but not sure what that means. It says that it is in process.

From what I read here on the forum its the last date something changed. Usually it means it just changed desks. Its very unlikely that someone actually reviewed your case already.

My case was received september 27th and sent to the e-filed case processing location. Where is this and is that good or bad? Appreciate any guidance.

On your paper copy of the NOA1 it tells you which service Center it’s processing at. Electronic filing location has not been going for long so we do not know if it will make it any quicker yet.

Hi. Did your receipt number start with IOE? I just submitted I-130 to USCIS in Texas by mail last week and I got IOE090******* receipt number. What does this IOE means?

From what I read, though you paper-filed your I-130, your application was e-processed then given the receipt with IOE.

Hi Sep filers,

Been enjoying the wait? 🙂
We paper-filed our I-130 and got our NOA1 on Sep 18.
Has any Sep filers got your NOA2/ Approval yet?

Very unlikely except of course the petitioner is a US citizen, and the service center is either Texas or Patomac....

I see. Thanks.
Aren't most petitioners are US citizens?

And even then,  3 months would be an extremely rare case unless it was expedited somehow.

You have timeline approximations on here from what people are filling out (which includes all sorts of stuff but is a pretty good idea) and then you have the official timelines from USCIC - https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/
