Thank you for your reply.

When the spouse is overseas it becomes hard to add her to a bank account and file taxes jointly. I tried to add her to my 2019 taxes but the accountant required her social security number.

Thanks for your inputs.

Same here. I filed married filing separately. This sharing accounts thing being oceans apart is just not realistic in some cases. Especially certain countries.

Hi guys! This is a question for cases in the Texas service center, I have my PD Sep 19 2019, I have not received any notification of my case being transferred I checked yesterday and my case still in the Texas service center. I checked the processing times there and it said they are working on cases Nov 12 2019... But if I try to submit and inquiry on my process for being out the time, an automatic message said that we still on time... So I'm really confused. How can I know what is the processing time on the Texas service center then? Did you guys submit and inquiry on your case for the Texas service center? Did it work? Thanks

Try to send a message through your USCIS Inbox... Worked for me, late Sept PD and got approved about 2-3 weeks later I guess.   Goodluck!

Hi guys! Today we got a RFE about missing beneficiary’s signature on Form I-130A. As far as I’m concerned (and it’s even written on the top of the form), the signature is not required when spouse lives abroad, and that’s our case. Did you guys had similar situation? Is that a mistake we can discuss with an agent and correct it over the phone, or we need to send the response to RFE anyway? Any help is appreciated :)

Try to call in - it happens.   Is the benificary's address correct on the I-130A - I mean it is the foreign address?

Otherwise have them sign and scan the signature page back to you.
