Hi all. I’m a bit late to post but our petition was approved!!! The IOE petitions are moving immediately to NVC so no more long waits from approval to receipt of NVC case #.   PD Sept 6 2019 TS

Yeah! That's what mine looked like. After I submitted my RFE it went back to normal. Just be careful. You only get one chance so you need to make sure your paperwork is perfect. I think by the next day they updated my status to RFE received and reviewing my case.

Some updates...
Update December 10th
Update May 28th

Approval May 29th

 

SC: Potomac. No transfer. No k3

 

I don't know how I didn't end up totally crazy because it felt like a lifetime and we still have a long road ahead. Best of luck for everyone

I have prepared for the response please did you submit the original RFE notice you received by mail or you printed the on online?

I used the RFE that I printed online. In fact, I submitted my response the same day I received it. I didn't get the RFE mail version until about a week later.

Thank so much for your assistance I was thinking because I saw were it said original notice must be submitted I was just surprised because I have arrange everything and has not yet received the one from mail

No problem at all. The one you get in the mail is identical except the color of the paper. It was orange.

About three weeks. I was worried the entire time too. I kept asking myself if I should have mailed it or if I did something wrong. It was a terrible feeling. I decided to talk with an online representative and ask if everything was ok. I didn't get response that made me feel better but later that day our status had changed to actively reviewing our case and when I woke up the next morning our I 130 was approved.

Ohh wow so despite responded online it’s still took 3 weeks to update your case and approve it

I want to mail mine today I was thinking all night wether to go online but at the same time I have a lot of documents to upload including pictures I am thinking if that will be too many  to upload. Or I should just go and mail it .
