haha thank you!  Yes was thinking about that - im also a bit annoyed they replaced my real address with the Texas Service Center address - still haven't heard back on that inquiry from last week.  I might try and chat with someone on the Ask Emma thing tonight (I'm in HK).  When is your plan to relocate to US - as soon as ?

Yeah, having to stay up to do the live chat can be rough. I would definitely try to get something from them on the chat.

Not sure exactly. I don't know when the embassy will open and we'll be able to get an appointment, but our lease is up here in January so hoping it all works out before then.

So when they "touched" my case during all this they somehow fked up my address - and replaced it with theirs?!?!  Have already sent them an email via the Inbox but haven't heard isht!

So I just had a long chat with a Live Rep via Emma (someone named Erika) and she wasn't able to help with this saying that they already have my correct address and why would I want to open a request to change an address they already have.  I said well you must have two records or databases then.  So she gave me the number to call, so I called.  Spoke with a nice gentleman who took my story and info down but was unable to actually change this address back for me.  So now I am waiting for a call back from a Tier 2 officer or something.  Lets see if they can change it back... And approve my case while they are at it!

The tier 2 who called me back couldn't fix it himself so opened up some other service request and said I should receive an email... LOL?

5/21 fees processed and able to submit DS260 and AOS

5/21 submitted both DS260 and AOS

5/26 received email from NVC saying that my AOS supporting documents were incorrect. I combined my tax return and W2 in one PDF. The two documents need to be submitted as separate documents.

Please I got RFE is it possible to reply online instead of mail ? Please how did you do yours? They need more evidence of bona fide marriage I am concedering sending wedding pictures and more.  I did not include it earlier

My RFE was for the I130A. I didn't know it was needed. When they sent the RFE i had the option to upload it online. So that's what I did. I never mailed in a physical copy. Just be sure to include the RFE cover sheets. It should be a few pages. One has a bar code if I remember correctly.

Ok thank . Did they include the option on the letter because in my own letter I did not see were it gives me option to send online. Online could have been faster

The letter I got didn't say anything about responding online. I first found out about the RFE online because at that point I was checking the website like 20 times a day. The letter arrived at my house about a week later. I did call USCIS and asked if I could respond online but the representative told me I couldn't. It didn't sound right so I tried online. The response from USCIS was almost immediate. They said they received my rfe and we're working on my case the very next day.shortly after my case was approved. The NVC part moved really fast.

I got approved May 8th but still haven't received a case # from the NVC. I have called them every night but after hearing how everybody else is seemingly getting it the same week it makes me a bit worried.

Wow. I know it might not be their fault, but not very helpful. Maybe they'll be like "look, it's just easier to approve this guy's case than keep on trying to fix this error" haha One can hope.
