Texas service centre

I'm sure you're pretty close in that case! Maybe just a week or two to go.

Have you seen any date changes on your uscis account recently?

Be patience. My PD was September 23 I keep my fingers crossed and waiting. How did send the request for case outside processing time?

Hi everyone! First time posting but have been lurking for quite a while. This thread has been really helpful to read.

I filed an I-130 for my Canadian wife back in September 2019. Our PD is Sept. 11, and NOA 1 was received on Sept. 16.

Like quite a few of you, we still haven’t received NOA 2 yet. The last date change on our USCIS account was on March 25, 2020.

Since we are beyond posted processing times for TSC, I tried to file an inquiry/service request. The online forum wouldn’t let me at all. It kept saying our case was within normal processing times which it isn’t as per their official website.

I had to call USCIS, and got to a Tier 2 ISO so they could look into it. Apparently she had to manually submit a service inquiry because the system was showing an error on their end which was preventing me from filing the inquiry online. Definitely odd but happy to have something going there. I have a reference number for the request.

Currently just sitting with my fingers crossed hoping to finally get this first step over with.

Sending all the good vibes to everyone still waiting, and to those who have moved on to the NVC step.

I also put in a request by sending a mail via the MyUSCIS inbox asking them to take a look.   I can now see the referral ID on the egov site like - "As of May 11, 2020, your inquiry about why your case is taking longer than our processing time, referral number WKD###########TSC, is currently not assigned for processing."

Response I received from the MyUSCIS inbox:

Dear Sir,

Thank you for your inquiry dated May 08, 2020.

Regarding the status of your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative.

We understand your concern over the delay in processing your Form I-130.

After careful review of your inquiry, we determined that your issue will be best addressed by the USCIS office processing your case; therefore, we are forwarding your inquiry to the TEXAS SERVICE CENTER. The referral ID for this inquiry is WKD##########TSC. The TEXAS SERVICE CENTER will contact you concerning your case once they have reviewed your inquiry.

got a reply over email from Texas, below and a date change on myUSCIS account.  (the last "cases are processed in the order... is complete BS with all these crazy 2020 approvals going on?!)

Type of service requested:
 -- Outside Normal Processing Times

The status of this service request is:

We have received your service request and researched the status of your case. We have had to perform additional review and this has caused a delay in processing time. Your case is currently in line for processing and adjudication. Cases are processed in the order in which they were received.

What You Can Do
Please see the "Online Services" below to check the status of your case in the future.

We hope this information is helpful to you.

But I don’t believe they are really processing it in order because I have seen some people with same Pd but different approval date and not that they have RFE . My Pd was September 23 at Potomac but I saw someone with the same PD with being aproved 2 days ago at the same SC while I have not yet received any thing

Texas. And as far as I know (as per my last conversation with the information officer) my case is still there and has not been transferred.
