Ok I saw it do you mean they did not sent you approval notice . You are only saw it on Lawfully

If you install USCIS apps like Lawfully, they will send you a notification that your case has been updated by USCIS.

Once you get such a notification, there is a 99% possiblity that your date has changed in your USCIS account. Login to your USCIS account to confirm that the date has changed.

If there is a date change in your USCIS account, call or message USCIS to know if your case was transferred.

Finally approved today. RFE on 23 Apr. Responded electronically. No mail. Chatted with online representative on 14 May. Saw status update 14 May. Said actively reviewing my case. Woke up this morning and saw approved as of 14 May.

Just an update. Received an email from NVC on 17 May with my case and invoice numbers. Fees paid and pending processing.

Wow, that was fast! I thought it was supposed to take a couple of weeks for the IIN and fees to show up on the account! Congratulations, so exciting!

I was shocked to see it. That said, the USCIS group I follow on Facebook is showing similar times. In fact, several people said they received the NVC notice the day after their I130 approval. Not sure if this is a result of Trump's executive order but I'll take it. I've reviewed the CEAC process for AOS and the DS260. Pretty simple and I've already prepared the necessary docs. I'll keep posting here so people have a rough idea.

Go to the USCIS website and start chatting with Emma. Type "Live representative". Emma will ask if you want to be transferred to a live person. Be sure to have your receipt number, name, birthday, and address. They will ask you to verify your account and then you are free to ask questions.

I try it there no were she ask me if I wish to chat with live representative

Click on the Emma icon. Type Live representative. Emma will ask what topic you are looking for. I usually click "case status". Then Emma will ask if you want to connect to live chat. I'm guessing this needs to be done during normal business hours. I went on right now and it's working for me.

I've seen that most (if not all) cases with an 'IOE' receipt number get transferred to NVC the very next day after approval! You pay the fees the next day and it's processed in 2-3 business days :) very exciting!

This is only after approval though. What's your service center?
