Actually my expedited request  was denied in February too

Hopefully, mine will approve too.

I think I read something that they were considering expediting cases for medical professionals but I don’t know if that is still happening. Worth a shot.

I think you should try.....the USCIS officer told me it doesn’t affect your case if an expidite request is denied

My wife case approved today 

NOA-1 sept 12 -2019 TSC 

Date change on Feb 23 , 2020 and called to uscis they said it’s transferred to Nebraska service center 

second date change April 29 , 2020

NOA-2 April 30 , 2020 case approve from NSC
