Hi all. I’m a bit late to post but our petition was approved!!! The IOE petitions are moving immediately to NVC so no more long waits from approval to receipt of NVC case #.
 

PD Sept 6 2019 TSC

NOA2 April 7 2020 CSC

No RFE for i130 but received one for our i129f

Received NVC welcome email April 8 2020

 

We were originally at Texas but were transferred to California with the big group of petitions on Feb 23. Never received a notice of transfer but a tier 2 officer confirmed that we were transferred in March. We had a pending i129f that stayed in Texas. Interestingly, we received our welcome email from NVC before NOA2. California seems to be forgetting to do the final update because our petition still says pending review even though we already have our case number from NVC and have paid our fees. Our i129f also still shows pending and was never denied. Weird. Just happy that things are moving along. 
 

For those of you who haven’t been approved yet, I don’t know that any of the processing times are accurate. Probably best to follow the Texas times. California timeline is definitely not accurate. Hopefully they will update with a general IOE processing time to avoid confusion in the future since the big online pool of petitions is probably what is occurring now.

Hi can you tell me after you were approve what is next and how long? Like when is time to pay fees and upload docs at NVC please

Most likely you got transferred on Feb 23, did you ever contacted an agent to find out? Because most of us with that update got transferred.

We already contacted agents twice whether our case got transferred or not. Unfortunately, it was still in Nebraska service center. I didn't expect that our case got approved soon because it was in Nebraska.

Plus I just checked that the buttom of NOA2 paper has Nebraska service center.

Seems like people who applied in October are having better luck than us who applied at the end of August/September. I wonder why that is.

Same here,  PD Sep 30 2019, NOA1 Oct.03 2019, Potomac center.

 

One update on March 3 2020 then nothing happened.

 

Seeing the other October, November even December filers getting approved, making me so depressed and anxious.

sept 11 for us. it’s really disheartening. trying to stay positive but it’s honestly so hard at times. all this mess going on in the world and you just want to be with your spouse and can’t be... it’s a bit unfair, ya know?

It is, I’m August 30th 2019 and it’s frustrating/depressing
