I just got off the call with a representative. She said my case was “reassigned”. She’s not sure where it was reassigned to. I don’t know what that means and I don’t know what to think bcuz she couldn’t figure out where my case is currently.

I just booked my call with tier 2 officer . He will call me in 5 hours.

Does reassigned means transferred ????
