I just got off the call with a representative. She said my case was “reassigned”. She’s not sure where it was reassigned to. I don’t know what that means and I don’t know what to think bcuz she couldn’t figure out where my case is currently.

Thanks. I do know that they’re transferring the workload. I just wish they could tell me where my case was transferred to. Most ppl who called were told where their cases were transferred to, but this lady had no idea where it was.

I just booked my call with tier 2 officer . He will call me in 5 hours.

my date was changed on February 23rd as well. I'm really hoping I don't get sent to Nebraska. That is another few months at least of waiting time. Would be horrible

I called again and scheduled a call back. My estimated wait time is abt 600 mins.
