Hi everyone,

Resubmitted document 8/20/19

And today, 9/30/18 

We received email stating all fees were paid and all documents were reviewed and approved! They will work with USA Embassy in Santo Domingo to schedule interview appointment for us. 

But when we checked ceac website it states “Accepted” no DQ.

Do we still have to wait much longer for a DQ or is Accepted another wording for DQ?

That email is the DQ notice and you should have everything in ceac accepted.

on the nvc website it said that as of monday september 23rd they were processing documents submitted on august 9th. we submitted our documents on august 6th so i decided to call them on september 23rd to make sure everything was ok. the agent said our documents all appear to be fine and she didn’t know why we hadn’t received an email saying that our case is complete yet. so she said she would forward our case to a supervisor to check. i called them again on wednesday to ask how much longer we should expect to wait and they told me that the wait time for supervisor review is 6 weeks from the 23rd of september. so now we are looking at waiting until the beginning of november just for them to look at our documents

I did a supervisor review my 1st submission. It took exactly a week.

Hi everyone! I need help here! I got RFE 3 docs submitted September 12. Passport rejected saying “this document is not in the right-side up position. Please replace this with a scan which displays the words horizontally on the screen.” Can I just rotate the same jpeg and send it again? Then another rejection “this document contains an editable PDF form. Please replace with a as can that is not editable.”. Any help here?

Oh my, it seems like some mid-september people are getting reviewed, guess we can't really trust the dates posted on the website. 

I haven't got a DQ yet, but I uploaded by passport bio page in PDF form instead of JPG to avoid documents from rotating. I'm not sure about the PDF form though,  what document was it?  Affidavit must be printed, signed and scanned again.

For resubmitting, do we just have to hit the submit button? It's unnerving that there's no confirmation that nvc is reviewing my documents

paret3169 thank you for clarifying that I was confused weather it had to state DQ. So now waiting for interview date which would probably take longer because Santo Domingo Embassy is way behind 🤦🏽‍♀️

We just got DQ!!!! I am so excited. We originally submitted on August 2nd and resubmitted on August 21st. God is soooo good.

MrsEze, thank you! No I resubmitted on 8/20/19 and heard from them 5 weeks later which is today. And no I did not expedite.

Congratulations!! I guess God is blessing us today. I am just hoping they include us on the october interviews 😆

Congratttts! I told ya just hang in there it’s coming soon. I really do believe it’s not just by date even thou they won’t admit it.
