Ok.. I've decided to go a different route.

I did my aos, and uploaded my 3 years of tax

I'm planning to use my spouse's assets (immigrant)

It has to be 3x the household income and 125% poverty

I can send in my spouse's current employment letter

And he has a job offer letter from new york.. I can upload

Feels kind of risky.. but I don't have an option .

My dad I can add as a joint sponsor.. but he doesn't make enough. Last year he made 15,000 dollars in his job.  He collects an extra 600 in retirement. Each month.

200 each for my little sister and brother. Total 400

2017, he worked for better, 32,500

2016, 27,000

Any ideas..

He has two dependents.

Hi,

So we received an email this morning stating that our request to expedite was approved! We go the case no two days ago and paid the fees yesterday. I tried to call my embassy today but they already closed for the weekend so I’ll call them Monday again to ask for some information too.

My questions are:

- Do they call me or send me an email telling me about the next step and how long is the normal wait for that?

- when I logged in at CEAC it now says that our case is under review at the embassy where my interview will be held (that I should complete and submit IV for DS-260 and after that submit requested documentation); Since we paid yesterday I am waiting for the payment to clear and after that I will upload the docs. It doesn’t state that we should upload any financial docs for the sponsor so I assume they only review that at my embassy?

- How long does it take in general (know it depends on the embassy/country) to schedule the medical and the interview?

Reason for expediting is health related and every case is unique:)

Thanks!

I am getting so sick of waiting. It's been over a month since re-submission and yet I'm seeing people getting DQs when they submitted docs way after me. August 21st was my re-submission, August 2nd was my original submission and 4 docs were rejected of the 21st of August.

My first submission was July and they never checked my documents until September. So... It's so random it's crazy.

Thank you for the info...

It says for spouse.. 3x

Our poverty line is 21,137. For 2 people

Hmm.. I wonder if I can just use my husband.  He has over 30 k in account

God is making a way.  🙏🏼

My husband also has a music teacher job offer in new York.  I'm also going to upload that one.. they say the amount they're offering.

Ah I missed that part, 3x is even better! Good luck, I hope all of that will be enough for them :)

Hi, I was wondering how long should I wait to call NVC to see if they have received my case or not?

Your timeline shows NVC recieved was Sep 19?

If you mean case number, it will probably take 4 weeks to get one based on the recent data.

Example.
USCIS sent mine to NVC on Sept 4th. I called on the 9/10 9/11 and 9/12 last call told me they got it on the 9/10 vOv idk if the other two didn't see it, or the system wasn't update it, or they were like blah blah nope we haven't next call.

01/28/2019 - Mailed Express Mail USCIS Lockbox Phoenix

01/29/2019 - Received by Phoenix Lockbox
02/04/2019 - Receipt Notice Via Text Message assigned to Nebraska Service Center

Hi All,

Does anybody has experience with a delay in Ceac updating payment status from In process to Paid? I paid the fee last Saturday and it was clear and posted in my bank by Tuesday. But ceac still says in process. Getting frustrating :( i really want to continue moving forward. Cant do anything until the status change to paid.
