Do you mean the tax transcripts? I noticed the IRS tax transcripts we uploaded were password protected but just for editing, not to open the document and printing out. I figured it wouldn't be a problem, but now I'm not so sure...

No, his Wage and Income transcripts (w-2 replacement.) you should be fine

Oh ok.. they are usually a bit ahead of their dates they give (that they are working on)

You should get your case number soon ☘️

As with me.. got my case number last Wednesday, not yet submitted the aos for joint sponsor.

Did IV/AOS fees, ds260 submitted, uploaded civil docs submitted,

AOS stuff is really confusing.  🤯 I'm fed up.  🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯 Yesterday I spent two days at the computer cafe.. I don't have a computer.

Searching on my mobile for my old w2 since 2016, 2017

2018 I didn't file.taxes.. I don't know what to do.. I just wrote a two line paper just said I didn't work as I'm in India.

What is left is the AOS stuff.. but it is mind-blowing 🤯
I've had it my friend.

Joint sponsor didn't upload yet.

Some advise..

I didn't file tax in the year 2018, I was in India with husband.

So I am unemployed since 2017

I just wrote a paper saying I didn't file tax due to not being and working in the country.

That is fine?

I hope to hear something in the next days coming 🤞

you already did a lot that’s great 😃💪 see what you already did not what you don’t !

with my husband we looked at Ds-260 and I made him work on the AOS because I agree this stuff is really confusing..

he already printed his last 3 years taxes ( just in case we made more ) .

We uploaded a lot of document , they are all PDF now and under 2 MB  .

We  have this chance , we have a computer and connection at home .

i understand that the stress of the AOS+ having to go to the cafe etc must be tiring .. but you gonna achieve it !

for 2018 ,You did right to write few lines about why you didn’t filed taxes .

As you have a joint sponsor I think it’s gonna work then 🙏🍀

Just explain everything

take a deep breathe my friend , it’s gonna be ok . and if I can help in any way even far , tell me 😉

Hi everyone,

i understood that there is a medical part in the AOS, am I right ?

I had lost my livret with all my medical years ago , my family doctor is now retired and my doctor since I am 16 doesn’t have any record of surgery or anything..

i will have to do my vaccination before the interview .

is all that , no livret with my medical records and vaccinationsor immunity test  not done yet are gonna delay my NVC stage ?

Thank you for your answers !!

No medical info at NVC stage except for a single vaccination question on the DS-260.

Actual medical, where you might need more vaccines, depending on the records you have, typically happen when your interview is already scheduled. Medical results are either handed to you to take to interview or they are forwarded to the consulate.

You still need to file taxes. Just do it anyways, submit proof with a tax return, and send a letter with explaining why you did not also submit a W-2. Do you have a joint sponsor?
