since you have submitted you have to wait till nbc review your documents and inform you that  one document is missing

are you the petitioner or applicant

Actually, it did let me submit more documents after submitting the others...they weren’t “missing/required” documents, they were additional “just in case” documents. But all good. Thank you :)

Isn’t there something like if you upload more document later on then it resets your clock for document review, and puts you at back of the line again?

I think so.  I want to resubmit a clear scanned copy of my husband's police certificate because when I was uploading the documents,  I uploaded a screen shot of that document instead of waiting for the scanned one.  He later sent me the original via scan.  I was so impatient that day.  If I resubmit the correct scanned document, I'm scared that it might reset it. So I think I'm gonna wait.

I have my documents already uploaded to NVC so we are now waiting to be DQ and interview letter.  I am traveling to my husbands country to have a medical procedure done in October and plan to stay til until hopefully our interview date. (Praying that it will be soon)  Has anybody done that?  Any advise is appreciated.

Yes, I’ve heard the same thing. But since I barely submitted all my documents yesterday and submitted the other ones today, I don’t think resetting the clock by one day will make much of a difference. I’ve survived this long, what’s a little longer at this point. 😉

How long ago did you submit. If it’s been a while, you’re better off just waiting. Hopefully they accept it as is and you get case complete soon! By the way, I remember you from the 130 group 😁

If is a day a part it doesn't affect it much as if it is a week later.

Hi everyone! I uploaded DS-260 form

on August 28 and it said since then COMPLETED. On September 12 I uploaded civil and AOS docs and now it says “SUBMITTED” while DS-260 is Completed. Does it mean they already checked DS-260 and it’s good to go but the submitted date is officially September 12?
