May I ask you a question?

How did you resubmit documents? Did you press "INCOMPLETE" of AOS?

When I press it, an error page appears.

Yes I did receive email saying documentarily qualified... And another email saying waiting to be scheduled interview...

i cannot guide you dear i suggest you to call NVC to make it clear..... they may need extra documents on your interview.

Yes did through pressing on incomplete...try again in a while ...if error persists you should call NVC for help..

My lawyer said it's weird because for another client of her's, she was told to upload them together after they were submitted separate. They had ro be resubmitted. So now we are just waiting. It feels like forever.

Okay...I hope you get your CC soon! I have a quick question, I just finished submitting everything. And then I uploaded my birth certificate as an additional document and it just says “uploaded” because I had already submitted the requested documents. Will I be able to submit this at some point or will it just stay like that? Thank you!

I honestly can't tell you. My lawyer uploaded my documents for me so I really don't know.

Few tips before you start uploading since we had to resubmit twice...

 

1) make sure all your documents are in correct orientation that is horizontally readable as you open it ...

2) upload all documents separately under correct headers.. for example your tax return separately w2 separately..just got rfe on that....

3) in case you are adding a sponsor go through their instructions carefully...

Thank you! Submitted everything and then uploaded my birth certificate not requested, and now it just days “uploaded” I hope it allows me to submit sometime. Hope you get your case approved soon! This wait is a killer!

I think it will allow you to submit..try submitting from top right corner where it says "submit all documents". However it will pick the latest date in that case..

since you have submitted you have to wait till nbc review your documents and inform you that  one document is missing

Question about police clearance certificate: 

 

I am applying IR-5 visa for parents and their police clearance certificate from India is taking longer than we thought. Can we submit all the documents to NVC without it and take the police clearance certificate with us to the interview? We have everything else ready and waiting for Indian PCC is delaying us at NVC.

why its taking so long....? i got my PCC on the day of appointment from passport office

Because they live in Canada now and have to apply for Indian PCC through Indian Consulate in Canada. They already have their Canadian PCC and just waiting for Indian PCC from consulate.

I don't think so that you can do it they will reject your document..... 

to make sure you can contact NVC
