...waiting for interview letter (~6+ weeks GH Embassy)

...waiting for actual interview day ( ~4 weeks).

 I am anxiously waiting for my husband's documents to be reviewed by NVC. We had to resubmit 4 documents, submitted August 22. How much longer for NVC to look into this

NVC called me just a few minutes ago which was a first! The supervisor said she provided the wrong information to me, escalated my case and is now DQ

The email with the case number just came like 10 min ago.  I got the case number also and login.. they also sent one to lawyer people I have... Hmm.  But I want to pay the stuff now just like the others on VJ.. wonder if my lawyer will get angry 🤷🏻‍♀️

don’t waste a mn and do it ! 

Just send an email to your lawyer to advise him that you are doing the payment right now  in order to make things moving as fast as possible like that you stay correct and he can not say that he was not advised . 

 

Soon i hope !! Maybe early October I think 🍀🤞🙏

You're right!! Because I have the funds. They require a routing and account number which I have...

The lawyer said last couple of months ago, she would do it.. but now I just emailed and yesterday also.. she is not replying 🤬

I can't wait for these folks.. they don't know what we go through. 

 

The first step I see online is pay the two fees. Iv and AOS. So I'll do it now ☘️ I just hope she won't get angry.

I didn't escalate when I asked if anything could be done she said no expedite to review documents quicker. 

 

I said to her every agent says a different thing, said thank you after she made it clear all I have to do is wait. She provided me the wrong information for an expedite request at the US Embassy in Santo Domingo.

So do it friend .If you have the funds and everything needed . Do it !😊

you can not wait on them , as you said they don’t know what we go through . 

The time for them to take care of it maybe next week  will make you waste time  and you already waste too much time with NSC . 

Plus if they don’t answer you it’s not very serious knowing your situation ...

So  do what you have to do and don’t stress for them to be Angry .

At the end they will charge you the same for less work lol

What was the reason you had resubmit. We are just waiting for payments to clear but I just want to have everything ready and submit everything correctly so I don’t have to resubmit anything. Thank you and good luck!! 🤞🏼

I just paid my first fee, but the box was so tiny.. I misspelled my last name.. I put songh instead😐🤦

Arghh would that check go through. Dang
