Received my CC email tonight (Sept. 12th, 2019). IR1. Original submission was July 21st, 2019, resubmission Aug 6th, 2019.

After another 1 hour 47 min phone call to NVC. 

The young lady stated that my case had arrived on 9/10/2019. 

Sucks I had called on 9/11/2019 and the guy said it wasn't in the system. 

Now to wait for them to catch up on my date and call some more in a few weeks.

Yes. I submitted my drivers license, passport, birth certificate, auto insurance...pretty much almost everything on that drop down menu that I could.

hello everyone 

USCIS case approved.... 21 july 

NVC received Case..... 30july

got NVC case number ... 21 August 

submitted fees on the same day and status showed paid on 24 august 

on August 24 we submitted all the financial and civil documents.

on 26 august i got email from nvc .... one of my civil document was rejected due to its orientation and all other documents got accepted and have green ticks.

It has been three weeks since we are waiting for that one document to turn the status from submitted to accepted. i hope will hear about it soon...

We had read the same but when it came time to upload/submit documents, it requested a photograph...so, we just uploaded one passport sized photo to be safe.

Thank you. I have scanned driver license, passport bio page and auto insurance. I can upload my naturalization certificate if needed.

Did you upload this under AOS or Civil Docs? Sorry, I have just finished uploading AOS docs. I am still missing some info from my wife to complete DS-260, so I can not see civil docs tab.

When did you submit your application and when was your NOA1? It would be helpful if you fill out your timeline. 

 

I really wonder how some people's documents get reviewed really early 🤔

my husband applied for i 130 on 6 march 

first evidence was asked on 11 june

USCIS received the evidence on 18 june

Case approved bon 27th june 

case sent to nvc by USCIS on 11 july 

NOA was received on 16 july 

received by Nvc on 30 july 

NVC case number ... 21 August

feeses approved on 24 august 

submitted all documents on 24 august

all documents got approved except one on 26 august 

still that one document showing submitted status 

 

... sorry got confused between dates but these are the exact dates

documents should be in clear and orientation should be as they don't have to rotate it to read

So I just got my case numbers 😄. I guess our predictions were spot on I would say. Good luck and keep me posted on your journey. Will do the same.
