The passport was opened on the BIO page and scanned. So 2 pages are visible. We didn't scan any other page. There's no back page with address, idk how other countries passports are shaped. This is exactly how it looks like scanned.

I included paystubs as proof of current income.

The W2 I included because quite a few people in the previous thread adviced so. They received W2 request even if they sponsored solely on their own income and uploaded irs transcript.

Okay, I will do the same then. Better to send more than not enough. Thank you so much!!

I have an income from only one employer, yes. I am sponsoring my husband AND his 15 y.o. son. They are two different I-130s though, with different case numbers.

Does that mean I still submit I-864EZ for each beneficiary?

Since they are two different case numbers you should be able to submit the 864EZ.

Don't submit it. wait if they give you rfe. since its over a month since you submitted. if they accept it just make sure you bring it to your interview. Goodluck

They didn't give me an RFE for it, just an RFE for a document uploaded incorrectly. Submitted August 6th, re-submitted September 10th.

No, just W-2's with original submission. Everything was accepted except for the one document that I replaced in the re-submission. We'll wait and see.

We submitted the IRS transcript along with paystubs and the I-864EZ. We followed instructions from the NVC website to a T. Now I'm worried we might get delayed cause they'll suddenly request the W2 from us even though it wasn't in the list of requirements.

Yes. However my joint sponsor's wife is a home-maker and makes virtually no income at all. He makes all the money. It is shown on his W-2's and we are not using her income at all. We'll definitely be bringing an 1864a form with us from our joint sponsor's wife, just in case.

*See attached image.

We are not needing to use income from other household members, just our joint sponsor.

it doesn't matter who income your using. if they file tax married jointly she should sign I-864a. and if she dont work just scan a paper No W2 due to no income.

Alright but no RFE so I'm just going with it right now. Like I said, I'll bring it to the interview if I need to. If I get another RFE then that's fine. I'm going with what the website says.

Hey!

Is anyone else struggling to reach a representative when calling the NVC? I just reach an automated voicemail saying that I should call at a later time. I tried both yesterday and today. Anyone else with this problem? Any recommended hours for calling?

They might not. After all this was anecdotal and the entirety of each case can not be grasped. I just explained my reasoning behind including W2, at the time I thought it's better to be safe than sorry. Good luck to you!
