But I know one person get the interview in August and his case completed in may

so I can’t understand how the people in April didn’t get the interview date till now and what is the source of  the information of March interviews please?

I know someone got CC in May and she is in the US now, another one got CC in July and his visa was issued yesterday but both of them are F2A not CR1

Forgot to ask my other questions:

As my husband's petitioner, I was originally using our assets for financial support. Since I submitted the financial documents in May, our assets have grown quite a bit. Since May as well, my job transfer to our Atlanta office has been finalised and hence will have the offer letter to include with the financial evidence as my salary will be more than enough to prove that I can support him.

So, my questions are:

1. Does he just take what I originally submitted on CEAC for the i-864 or do I need to have him bring an updated version of the i-864 and supporting documentation in addition to what was submitted on CEAC?

2. He's going to bring the offer letter as well to the interview but does that need to be uploaded to CEAC?

I've started a new job since the NVC stage. I moved back to the US to re-establish domicile. My husband will be bringing all that we submitted in terms of the i-864 AND the updated information (my pay stubs and employment letter) in hand.

It's the worst ever!

This stage took me more time than the USCIS stage!

They are still late!

Cr1 just 11 and IR1 51!!!

Hey Nody, have you gotten the police clearance from Egypt? Was it accepted? I was wondering if I could see how it looks like. They rejected the one we uploaded, we got it from the Egyptian embassy here and got the not convicted stamp from Egypt with all the accurate notarization.

First one we uploaded got declined... My parents had to get it from Egypt.. it has to be in English and the eagle stamp in the middle.. blue background  on top.. I’ll try to find it

Please do. My husband's is the one in Arabic only. But that's rediculous, it is original! And stamped by all the required authorities. The English Arabic one is a new version?
