Hi folks. My hubby and son just entered on their K-3/K-4 on May 27th. We sat down last night, started pouring over papers and filled out our son's I-130, the I-485 for my husband, I-765 for hubby, G-325a for hubby, got all the supporting documents gathered for all of the forms except the passport photos, then I saw the medical bit. Now my husband and son just had a medical for their K-3/K-4 visas but they took all the medical forms of course, and we never had anything in-hand to copy from the UK Visa medical in London. What do we have to do?

Also just wanting to double check a few facts - as AoS with K-3 which box is he to tic on the I-485 under the application section Part 2 "I am applying for an adjustment of permanent resident status because:" - There is no option that states K-3, so do I tic the first option "an immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa number has been approved." (which doesn't seem right as the K-3 is non-immigrant but I could be wrong) or tic other and state K-3?

Also just wanted to double check we are to send everything to the Chicago office right? We are in Pennsylvania.

Any tips and ideas are also appreciated - and if you see I've missed anything please let me know :D I want to get this all right the first time.

Thank you in advance for your time.

For the medical, the overseas one is valid for 12 months from the time that they had it.

You might need to get the vaccination supplement I-693A done by a CS here which will require a copy of their vaccination record.

If no records are available but all vacciantions were complete you could do the titre test or just have them redone.

I did tick that a immigrant number was immediately avail.

Everything goes to Chicago.

Have you filed for the EAD seperatley before you send in the AOS papers.

This is advantageous for a K3 due to the fact that it will last 2 years instead of one... in case you get stuck in a slow office.
