Hello & help please,

I'm filling out the G-325A tonight and have a question on the "Residence last five years" question.

If I moved from one residence and into another on 03/15/05 should the ending date ('TO') of one residence and the start date ('FROM') of the next residence both read 3/2005??

I'm nervous that this would look like an overlap.

Thanks in advance,

It's no big deal. They understand that there's a timelap when you move, while you get everything moved over. You are fine, just put the proper dates.

I answered mine eg

June 2005 to Present

May 2004 to June 2005

July 2003 to May 2004

Its not an overlap as the months have more then 1 day ;) Just dont leave gaps in the time frames as there has been RFE's for such

Thanks for the fast response - as always helpful.

Ok - now I know I'm just freaking out a bit but here's another question.

My fiancee comes over on a student visa (stamp in passport) 4/20/05 and we sign a lease together 5/01/05. She stayed with friends from 4/20/05 thru 4/30/05.

Sooo.. We have her german address from: 01/04 to: 04/05

Then... We have her US address from: 05/05 to: 12/05

We're sending the passport stamp dated 4/20/05 and our signed lease 5/01/05 in as part of our proof of ongoing relationship. Now she has 10 days unaccounted for. Is this going to send up a red flag???

God this thing has got my nerves fried :)

thanks again

Thanks a bunch for the replies - this place is great!!!

Hopefully I can return the favors in the future - this is fast becoming my most respected forum.

OK - so above I was given some possible catastrophic news about the 2 year wait time from the F1 to K1 Visa's. I posted a new topic "Hold the press" and I'm just a bit ...... ok I'm seriously nervous. If you know any info about this please see this new post.
