NVC fees received but shows "in process"

I'm not sure if this would even get a reply but I hope someone will.

We have already paid both AOS and IV fees the other day (we know it's only been a few days) and today we got this notification when logging in "Action Required Complete Form DS 260". However, our payment in the Home Summary page still shows "In Process" and not "paid", so we couldnt access the form.

Is this due to the maintenance that happened? And how long does it usually take for the fees to be cleared?

Thank you to anyone who can help.20190831_011350.thumb.jpg.ce72416565448e30afbb7e0197d7fb97.jpg20190831_010829.thumb.jpg.164f03194d946218daf1e7fcae0848b4.jpg

Please be patient and give it a few day.

We already expected it to be for a few days but was shocked with this "action required" notice.

We will, thank you!
