There is no possible way that cases can be adjudicated in order of receipt.  Think about this, everyone has a different background,  different beneficiary,  different country, different... see where I'm going with this? When all the background checks have been completed and there are no more questions,  the adjudicator renders their decision. This whole process is about patience.

Mailed I-751 Dec 16, 2015 Submitted ROC (removal of conditions)

Received Dec 18, 2015 USPS notification of successful delivery

Check Cashed Dec 21, 2015 Check was cashed

NOA-1 Issued Dec 21, 2015 NOA-1 for ROC issued

This process is really about patience.  There is nothing that can be done but wait.  Try and keep busy, focus on other things.  Your time will come soon.  My Noa1 is 5th June

That's the part of this process is that there are places to check on the timeline when your case will be adjudicated so their really isn't any reason to call. You can move your file ahead faster by calling so sit back have patience and soon you will see your approval.
