I am on my 108th day and still waiting.... my approval is past due according to journey, but then it is just an estimate

I think the holiday season has slowed us all down :) I’m sure things will pick back up soon

It's always something simple. It's either a check box that was missed or additional evidence all of which you are capable of submitting. 99% of the case that reach the RFE stage are almost approved with the exception of the answer to the RFE. Answer that properly and your approval is on it's way. Your over thinking this process. Relax and take a deep breath. Trust the process.

Thank you @Greenbaum Ur right I am over thinking the process. It has been a long wait. If I hadn’t known that USEM Manila would accept Foreign Divorce Decree (Beneficiary) we wouldn’t have applied. Truly grateful to u guys and VisaJourney!

Just an update - RFE is passport photos, dnt quite know if they lost it or he sent wrong ones that dnt fit the req. He has sent them by NY so hopefully we’ll hear from USCIS soon. Have no idea as to how long but I’ll keep an eye out.

@Sarge2155 thank you. Hope u had a lovely time during the holidays..

Congrats! Took me a minute but I was able to find it! Go over to here. There are lots of valuable tips, tricks and information in the PDF that @Greenbaum has set up for us.  Im still waiting on my NOA2, should be coming soon, but I have been reading and checking things out.  So head over to that group and read, update your email like the PDF says and you are on your way :D

Amazing! Thank you for providing this and for Greenbaum for putting this together. Is there another area where I need to be looking at now? Like another group for NOA2 or Mexico filers?

Got to the blue ribbone at the top of the page, select "forums" then scroll 3/4 the page down where you will find the regional area links.
