I called today to check for my NOA2 from Sep 14th, they said they haven't received it from USCIS yet.

Same. NOA2 Sept 17. They have yet to receive anything from USCIS.

Hello Guys! I'm new here. Please help us. We are waiting on our case# and preparing our documents in the meantime. My fiance is currently divorced and have a copy of his divorce decree. Will he still need the Certificate of No impediment for his K-1 visa interview? He went to the Jamaica RGD and they told him the certificate will say marriage is found. Should the Certificate say divorced? Please help

i guess it would depend on the embassy, you might want to go search for the regional subforum and see if cases like yours have already been discussed there

We have the same NOA2. I called them and they said try calling again next. I was hoping we can make it to the Oct 15 shipping but I'm losing hope.

Hopefully it doesn’t take that long. The next shipment from NVC to the embarrassy is Oct 15, so hopefully we make it into that shipment

Thanks Meloe. It’s so confusing. I know the certificate of impediment is required per the Jamaica embassy website. I just don’t know if the certificate should show record of divorce?

try looking through this forum. if you don't find an answer in a existing thread there just create one and ask your question again. i'm sure someone has gone through this and can help you there

How accurate is this and what does it mean? They already passed my approval date of i-130 (see green text below). Should I call NVC? or just wait. I don't want to cause issues by calling NVC alot. I am working with my local congressman office, but quiet useless to be honest

Current case creation time frame: As of 7-OCT-2019, we are working on cases that were received from USCIS on 11-SEP-2019.

I-130? We didn’t have a I-130  we are on a K1 visa . Someone more experienced on that type of visa would be better suited to handle your question. But I wouldn’t hesitate to call NVC anytime. I called every day! They were always eager to help.
