Check out the very first post in this thread, it explains the shipping process and tracking options. Your file will ship in two weeks I guess.

Is there anyone here who tried calling NVC today? Did someone answer you? Me and my friends were still on hold up to now. 1hr and 30 minutes and counting.

We were just on the call..and waited for about an hour before we were entertained. 

And yes, they started late today - the line opened around 07:30 ET

So as I was saying, we were just on the NVC hotline, literally just minutes ago..they said they have received our case yesterday (Oct. 16), but no case number yet.

Our NOA2 date is Sep. 19th.

YES!!!!!! I got it yesterday!I already scheduled her interview for the 5th (My internet is MUCH faster than hers) We are in Crunch mode at this point trying to make absolutely sure that we have all our ducks in a row. She will go to her medical week after next and I will fly to Manila on the 30th.

What does the packet 3 include?

It's a list of items to send in before we can schedule our interview. For Canada, It's the completed copy DS-160 form (confirmation), the packet 3 checklist and a scanned copy of the Biographic page on the passport for the beneficiary.
