did you request the name change to coinside with the Oath ceremony as when we went to ours ,  the people who asked for this were done that same day and on the new naturalization document .The immigration officer made a motion for this to be done and the judge granted the motion before the court .

The name change will be on the new naturalization document

the immigration CO who comes to the oath ceremony asks the judge to approve the name change by making a motion to do so for all who want this

the judge grants the motion

and your name is changed and on the new document (already as requested)

and Congratulations
