Missed Interview - Reschedule Pending

I was scheduled to have my interview on August 27th, 2019 at 8am here in Columbus, Ohio. When I received my notice, I accidentally put it into my phone as August 28th, 2019 at 8am, and never double checked my original I-797 notice from the USCIS. It was a very careless and regretful mistake that I have made.

I have already contacted the main USCIS office and have filed an appeal for a reschedule. My referral number is T1B2391905021CLM and I was handled by Jack, ID# G009064. I have also dropped a letter off at my local USCIS location stating what has happened and I have asked for a rescheduled interview.

Everyone at the local office couldn't have been nicer. So now I wait 15-30 days to hear back from USCIS to see if I get another interview?

What is the likelihood that I get a rescheduled interview?

Basically I am looking for any insight or advice or any information from anyone that has had a similar experience.

Thanks!
