Theres nothing like lying in this issue,i just feel its stressful for her to travel down there and thinking of other ways she we could take....and the documents i was intending to present are not fake, but i understand she would have to make the trip

she has to travel there for any Nigerian visa so why fake things?

if you are willing to circumvent your country's rules,  you show you have no regrard for rules and laws and we need to respect all

So she can make the trip to Nigeria to get married and that isn't a problem, but going to Atlanta would be too stressful? Even if she weren't to drive, I'm sure flights aren't that expesnive (from FL to ATL, vs FL to Nigeria) or some form of public transit...? Doesn't add up

Even from Miami (about the lowest city in Florida) is round trip for $92 and cheaper than driving

plus can fly early morning and interview and fly back that night

so,  no issue

unless your gf is saying she can't do it as it is too stressful on her

and then,  she would be making excuses as why she can't get a visa

Yeah good luck trying to pull the wool over the US CO eyes...

Hopefully the year (at minimum) of processing will test if this is a real marriage...

Is she taking the kids to Nigeria also ?    She needs a visitors visa,  I have seen them turn away people asking for a visa on entry * unless she has enough to grease the hands that give the visa and still no guarantee.  They might not even let her board if she can't show entry to Nigeria and has little to show as being a business person.   as to marrying to make sure you don't lose each other  ????    If you are going to be together marriage has little to do with it .  If you are going to end up parting ways   , marriage has little to do with it.  If you are meant to be you will be  no matter what your marital state.  This isn't a mad rush to the gates of America, the embassy will still be printing visas long after you have passed on, slow down a bit.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Because you have made suggestions of misusing a visa multiple times and been told multiple times that its wrong and you dont seem to get it

I think the bottom line is that she would need a tourist visa to go to Nigeria to get married, anything else would constitute visa fraud. While the documents for your uncles business may be real, I get that, but her intention is not to go to Nigeria for business purposes, so going that route would be fraud and could risk any further immigration benefits in either country.

Well, it is because YOU DON"T SEEM TO LISTEN TO GUIDANCE AND ADVICE.

You said you wanted to get marry to this woman who you never met on the first time she travel to Nigeria, we told you " No, that's not a good idea" and your reply was: "Well, I'm gonna do it anyway".

You said you want an unemployed woman with three children to apply for a Nigerian business visa because your uncle or whoever can supposedly provide some documents for some sort of manufactured "business meetings". We told you: "No, that's not a good idea because it is misuse of the visa and she probably will be stopped by the Nigerian authorities"

So, I don't know, what other advice do you want? We certain won't tell you how to do stuff the wrong way.

The whole rush of everything here makes it seem like the OP is just desperate to get to the US rather than sowing the seeds for a successful marriage

I am not being hard on you

i am saying this is all wrong and wrong thinking and would be a big issue for a US CR1 visa

all we can do here is tell you why it is wrong

if my words hurt,  wait till you go for an interview at US embassy

You tell us uncle's business is not international and gf does not work,  so creating a document for her to come on business is not only wrong,  it is illegal

If you don't want advice "like don't even think to do this"  or a $92 round trip plane ticket is cheaper than driving,  then i am sorry and i will stop trying to help as that is all i was doing

If your gf can not afford a  less than $100 plane ticket to Atlanta,  how does she plan to pay for Nigeria trip?

I have said it multiple times that i would tell her to go for the tourist or visiting visa....i appreciate y'all advice but some persons were getting me wrong and i tried to explain....i guess that made it seem like i wasnt listening.

You have just as much power in this relationship... If you think you should wait then you should wait and if she doesn't respect that then do you really want to marry that person?
