Hi,

I submitted all documents through CEAC portal 5 weeks ago but it is pending for review. I called NVC to inquire about the status and they told me that NVC reviews all submitted documents within 2-3 weeks max, the agent said that he will write a complaint and it may take further 6 weeks for the complaint to get resolved which mean wait of another 1.5 months .. :(

Any one else faced similar issue as it is getting really frustrating as we are stuck at NVC since forever.

I'm in the same boat as you! I submitted the (hopefully) last required document for my husband's case on 27 July and we're still waiting for review as well. I, too, called the NVC last week and a supervisor review was submitted for our case but those are useless from past experience. On what day did you submit?

According to the NVC website, they were looking at documents submitted on 19 July as of Monday, 26 August so you should hear something very soon. Keep us posted!

Congrats! We submitted additional docs on July 27 (our third time as well and for documents that we actually weren't required to submit but had to anyway for some ridiculous reason I'm sure) so we (hopefully) will hear early next week. Monday is a holiday so I'm guessing we'll hear on Tuesday or Wednesday. Fingers crossed it's 3rd time lucky for us as well! :)

We had to resubmit one document on July 29th and it got approved Wednesday! I called last week and this week and both times was told that until it reached the point on the website where it says they are "processing documents received before ______" I couldn't do anything but wait. As of last Monday it said documents from before July 19th so we just expected to wait more time until got to July 29th. Fortunately the phone reps were wrong, and we got approved in just shy of a month. The main point of this, I think it should come soon AND you shouldn't be worried about something being wrong at this point.

Great news for you, too! That's interesting about yours getting approved already. I wonder why ours is still not reviewed when it was submitted 2 days before yours? I guess they are in different reviewer's queues, I suppose, and I'm just in the slower queue :D Hopefully I'll have some good news early next week!

I honestly think they HAVE to quote the website even if it's not what will actually happen. At least with the NVC it's the opposite of USCIS, where they say wait for the time on the website and you have to wait far longer. (I see you were also at Nebraska :(

Finally got DQ! It took 6 weeks and 3 days to get approval for the last submitted documents. Hopefully we'll see an IL soon for us as well as those of you that got DQ, too. Good luck everyone!
