Received Receipt Notice for I-130 what is next

Hi, Friend

 

I filed my petition as permanent resident my spouse in in UK

I received notice for receipt of My Case as priority date 08/18/2019. I also received online Account No. and I created online account.

On Visa bulletin F2A Visa category is current. What is next and how long it will take to approve I-130. 

Is there any difference for Green-card holder if Category is current or not.

You will have to wait between (550 - 650 ) days which is approximately 19months or more for your I 1-30 to b approved then another wait of between 4-7months to finish the remaining.

F2a typically is about 2 years from PD. The current being shown in the  visa bulletin are those case completed

 Did the situation improve for California Center as now residents of Maryland and Virginia are sending form 130 Taxes Centre or still q30 approval take 16 to 18 months.

I got approved few days ago. It took me just  322days. The situation has improved a lot in California.

What was your priority date? when did you submit the potion. Are you a citizen or Permanent Resident?
