N400 Online application status not submitted

Timeline

How did you guys resolve this issue. My payment was taken out from my account however there is same message

Your application has not been submitted. Although we have received your payment, you or your representative needs to call USCIS at 1 (800) 375-5283 in order to finish submitting your application.

I called USCIS today in the given number on the page. After 30 minutes of wait in the phone, the customer service person who picked up could not look up my case and assist me because my case wasn't showing up in their system. They reserved an immigration official phone appointment that had a 3 hour wait time. Once on the phone, she could not help either and had not seen such a situation before. She directed me to tech support, which also had a 2.5 hour wait time on the phone. They didn't know what was going on and opened a ticket with this issue but with indefinite timeline so who knows if they ever get back to me.

We are in Octuber 2023 and this happened to me too is look like this problem is still not fixed. How long take you to see any changes to your process?

On September 28, 2023, on day 29, I received this message. It has been almost 2 weeks and I do not have any changes Nowbady from USCIS can help me. They just told me to wait around 30 days to see if there were any changes, but they didn't find anything about my submission, and I paid for it. Can someone help me? What should I do?
